Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories.
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, engraved, or special-order watches.
• Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”

Process

2. Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization.
3. Ship the product securely to our address:

4. Once received and inspected, we will initiate an exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
• COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
